Our ancient scriptures deal with spiritual knowledge which is the knowledge knowing every thing.The self is eternal, the knowledge of which removes ignorance which is the cause of bondage.The essence of life is change ,but ignorance does not accept this.It is due to this ignorance that a person identifies with his body,mind, intellect,personality.If we love each other, this ignorance can be minimised to certain extend.And we can attain peace.There is much hue and cry in everybody's heart for peace.But how can we achieve peace.Let there be peace in your heart ,peace in world and peace in ourselves so that everybody experiences bliss and every body loves each other.When we work for our own peace by spending hours together in meditation, we create a kind of selfishness,but when we work for peace for others , we create kind of egoism and when we work for peace in our home ,in our neighbourhood and in world,we experience the bliss of SAI.When the mind is turned towards love and peace,harmony exists between all creatures.When there is love,there is no destruction.Love all,serve all.This the true spirit of SAI
